  • Confited sea bass served over a shrimp brandade
  • Scallop and  saffron cream
  • Red tuna with toasted sesame seeds
  • Chocolate and banana Moelleux
  • Passion fruit sphere, white chocolate and raspberry foam

And our expert sommelier is happy to make recommendations to pair the perfect wine with your meal from the exclusive private wine cellar of our restaurant in Buenos Aires which features the most prestigious Argentine wines.

The Red Resto & Lounge is open as follows daily:

  • Breakfast: 6:30 to 10:30 a.m.
  • Lunch: 12 noon to 3 p.m.
  • Dinner:  8 p.m. to midnight
