Chef Steven Jung has created an inventive menu of local and international specialties, which change seasonally.

His signature dishes include:

  • Fish of the day, and seafood variety served with Mediterranean taboule and bouchon potatoes
  • Grilled veal cutlets served with vegetables, dauphine potatoes and truffled sauce
  • Braised patagonian lamb, baby potatoes, echalottes au Merlot, served in its own juice
  • Black hake with tagliatelli pasta, seafood and prawns cream
  • Chocolate textures
  • Chocolate moelleux with ice cream and nuts
  • Passion fruit semisphere with almonds crumble

And our expert sommelier is happy to make recommendations to pair the perfect wine with your meal from the exclusive private wine cellar of our restaurant in Buenos Aires which features the most prestigious Argentine wines.

The Red Resto & Lounge is open as follows daily:

  • Breakfast: 6:30 to 10:30 a.m.
  • Lunch: 12 noon to 3 p.m.
  • Dinner:  8 p.m. to midnight
